On the 18th April, we ran our very 1st Joe Screen Academy. The day was a complete success and everyone involved, oraganisers, helpers, riders and of course Joe himself all had a great day.
I would like to say a big thank you to all the people that helped out on the day, and say well done to all the lads who rode, with many of them
improving with help from the Screen Machine.
Keep checking back for a chance to see photos from the day and check on our latest event info.

With our Joe Screen academy set up for april 18th, we have another idea open to riders of all levels, but mainly for the guys that just need practice or track time on there own.
We will have track days set up with limited people in attendance. We will have a list of academy members, the first 7-9 will have a track to themselves at a slightly more expensive cost than you would usually pay to train.
OR
If you wish to have a track to yourself but cant afford the cost, then we will group you with a few more people to reduce the cost but with just as much track time. Contact us for more details.

Ronnie Correy Academy, 10th May 2008
We all had a great day at a very hot and sunny Buxton!
Despite only returning from the states on Friday afternoon, after visiting a very ill member of his family, Ronnie really enjoyed his day. To say the guy was tired would be an understatement! But he stuck to the task of teaching the guys. If he wasn't out on track, he was in the pits offering help and advice.
He helped with bikes, he talked to everyone with his usual grin on his face! Everyone had plenty of laps, only a couple of spills! Nothing but a sore bum to report!!
To see the really young kids like Jake and Charlotte going around the track was great to see, and bought an even bigger smile to the Rockets smiling face!
So once again a very big thank you to all who came to either ride or just to help. Of course without the help and coperation of the Buxton promoters, Jayne and Richard, none of this would be possible, so a huge thank you to you two!
Last, but not least, thanks to a very tired Rocket Ronnie Correy, for his time, understanding, and his willingness to help these kids on the rocky road of speedway riding.
The website will be upgraded with photos very soon, thanks again for reading this, and all enjoy your speedway.
13th April 2008

30th March 2008
Well the first Academy is done and dusted. The weather certainly was against us, with the wet stuff coming around 12pm and staying all day.
But in true British style we carried on regardless! ALL the riders showing determination to ride on in the wet conditions. Ronnie, although soaked through, really enjoyed helping everyone. Although we couldn't do all we wanted due to the conditions, everyone went away happy with what they learned from Ronnie, and most said they will come to the next Rocket Ronnie Correy Academy!
Please take a look a the photos from yesterday, and dont forget to keep checking the site for details of our next exciting event.
Finally.... We would like to thank to everyone involved yesterday for your support and determination to carry on in such awful conditions, and thanks to the Buxton Promotion for allowing us to take the academy to thier track.
